<p>Chandra <em>Department Store</em> Bandar Lampung is one of the areas where parking issues presented on by vehicles stationed on the side of the road have severely hampered the rate of vehicle traffic. This study aims to assess how Central Chandra <em>Department Store</em>’s parking performance. The method applied in this research is a descriptive analysis approach, which is then followed by qualitative approach. The research was performed on Sunday, October 01, 2023, from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB, for a total of 840 minutes, at the Chandra <em>Department Store</em> parking area. According to the research’s findings, the great majority of parked cars is 235, with a parking index of 49%, while the total number of parked motorcycles is 89, with a parking index of 22%. The number of cars in the parking area is 2249, with a PTO of 4,73 vehicles/day/space, while the number of motorcycles is 1045, with a PTO of 2,61 vehicles/day/space. The average amount of time for a parking car is 123 minutes, while for motorcycles is 87 minutes. The capacity of parking space available are 3234 for cars and 3862 for motorcycles. Using a comparison of the capacity number that is higher than the parking volume, it can be concluded that the Central Chandra <em>Department Store</em> parking area is still equipped to satisfy parking demands.</p>Riska Adelia Riska AdeliaMuhammad KaramiSiti Anugrah Mulya Putri Ofrial

<p>Flooding can occur if the channel crossing capacity cannot accommodate the surface flow discharge. Floods can be controlled by taking into account the canal cutting capacity required to prevent the canal from leaking. The hydrological analysis is an early part of the design of water buildings. Hydrology analysis used in this study is a run-off flow modeling using HEC-HMS 4.11 software. The research location was conducted at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Lampung, this location was taken because when the peak discharge occurred there were some areas that suffered air due to the inability of the channel in flowing rain discharges optimally. Based on the calculations it can be concluded that the results of the analysis of the calculation of the difference between the simulation and the measured discharge have a percentage value of not more than 1%, so the hydrological simulation model can be continued to calculate the prediction of the recurrence of discharges. Subsequently, the analysis of modeling using HEC-HMS software obtained peak outputs for a 5-year recovery period of 1,103 m3/s, for a 10 year recovery of 1,319 m3/s, a 25-year recycling of 1,595 m3 / s, a 50-year recession of 1,801 m3/ s and for a 100-year recess period of 2,006 m2/s.</p>abdul rohman abdulRiki Chandra WijayaOfik Taufik Purwadi

<p>Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan volume penulangan kolom antara hasil perhitungan menggunakan Autodesk Revit versi 2022 terhadap metode konvensional serta perencanaan <em>cutting plan</em> dan <em>waste material</em>. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah Zona B Gedung Perawatan Bedah Terpadu RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek . Berdasarkan hasil pemodelan dan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil metode konvensional lebih besar dari metode berbasis BIM dengan persentase selisih nilai volume penulangan kolom sebesar 6,54 %. Pada perhitungan <em>cutting plan</em> dan <em>waste material</em> didapatkan hasil persentase waste tulangan kolom rata-rata sebesar 9,61%. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perhitungan <em>Quantity Material Take Off</em> dan pemodelan elemen struktur menggunakan Revit 2022 dapat dilakukan lebih cepat, efektif, dan menghasilkan hasil yang akurat karena pemodelan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Autodesk Revit 2022 dapat meminimalisir <em>double counting</em> serta kesalahan saat perhitungan.</p>mellynia saputriBayzoniHasti riakara HusniChatarina Niken Dwi Wahyuni Setia Budi Utami

<p>Horison Lampung Hotel is a three-star hotel in Bandar Lampung City.Hotel facilities must have criteria that can fulfill the requirements for the establishment of a hotel,one of which is the parking facility.Currently the Horison hotel has provided a parking area,but if there is a failure to provide adequate parking facilities,it will cause obstruction of traffic on the road around the hotel.This study is intended to determine parking characteristics,parking needs and parking capacity at Horison Lampung hotel.The data used is obtained from field surveys in form of data on the number of parking units and vehicle entry and exit data while other data is obtained from the hotel in the form of parking area layout and daily data in and out of vehicles in 24 hours.The analysis results show that the average duration of four-wheeled vehicles is 444 minutes and two-wheeled vehicles is 313 minutes.The four-wheeled parking turnover rate is 1.89 vehicles/SRP/hour,for two-wheeled vehicles it is 1.56vehicles/SRP/hour.The maximum four-wheel parking index is 17.67%,for two-wheelers is 57.33%.The parking space capacity of four-wheeled vehicles is 322 vehicles/24 hours,for two-wheeled vehicles is 900 vehicles/24 hours.The parking space requirement for four-wheeled vehicles is 126 SRP while for two-wheeled vehicles is 51 SRP.This shows that the existing parking plots are in accordance with the needs and even exceed the number of parking plots from the analysis.</p>Luthfi Radhwa SultoniTas’an JunaediDwi Herianto

<p>Reliabilitas waktu perjalanan merupakan tingkat konsistensi waktu perjalanan yang diukur dalam rentang waktu tertentu yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat analisis kinerja ruas jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pola waktu waktu tempuh, dinamika perjalanan yang terjadi, dan menganalisis perhitungan reliabilitas waktu terhadapat Jalan Imam Bonjol. Reliabilitas waktu tempuh yang dibahas pada hari kerja Senin hingga Jumat dimulai pukul 06.00-18.00 WIB. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan <em>floating car </em>dengan cara mengikuti kendaraan yang diteliti. Hasil penilitian menunjukan pola waktu tempuh mengalami kepadatan pada pagi dan sore hari. Kondisi pagi hari waktu tempuh terlama terjadi dari arah Bukit Kemiling Permai-Bambu Kuning, menuju arah pusat kota. Kondisi sore hari waktu tempuh terlama terjadi pada arah sebaliknya yaitu Bambu Kuning-Bukit Kemiling Permai, menuju daerah tempat tinggal penduduk. Dinamika perjalanan menunjukan titik-titik kemacetan yang disebabkan oleh (1) aktivitas masuk dan keluar kendaraan diberbagai pertigaan di Jalan Imam Bonjol, (2) aktivitas pengaturan lalu lintas dipagi dan sore hari oleh badan pemerintah, (3) aktivitas Pasar Bambu Kuning yang aktif dari pagi hingga sore hari, dan (4) aktivitas berangkat dan pulang siswa sekolah. Hasil analisis reliabilitas waktu tempuh metode <em>Tardy Trips</em> adalah nilai <em>Florida Reliability Index</em> sebagai parameter kinerja ruas jalan, <em>On-Time Arrival</em> sebagai kinerja suatu usaha pengiriman dan <em>Misery Index</em> sebagai ukuran waktu tempuh terlama yang dapat terjadi dalam suatu ruas jalan.</p>Azmi PratamaMuhammad KaramiSiti Anugrah Mulya Putri Ofrial

<p><em>The development of science and technology that is increasingly sophisticated, is currently known for a new technology in the field of construction, namely Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM is a planning process that includes all project data and information that can be efficiently implemented in 3D. Therefore, this study aims to conduct a study on the use of BIM by modeling non-structural elements using BIM-based software, namely Autodesk Revit 2019 and comparing the results of calculating the volume of non-structural work performed obtained from Autodesk Revit 2019 on planning documents. The case study used in this research is Building G, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. From the results of the modeling and calculations that have been carried out, there is a significant difference between the BoQ calculations using Revit 2019 and the existing planning documents. The following is a breakdown of the percentage comparison of the results of the BoQ calculations using Revit 2019 to the planning documents, namely plastering and plastering work by 17.89% , 20.64% of rocktile km/wc ceramic work, 4.65% of door work, 17.65% of window work, and 6.93% of ceiling work. From this research it can be concluded that modeling non-structural elements using Autodesk Revit 2019 can be done easily and a more accurate and fast BoQ calculation is obtained.</em></p>Putri Ferira ZumarnisHasti Riakara HusniBayzoniAmril Ma’ruf Siregar
