The route used is the active route from Tanjung Enim-Tarahan. Along with that, there are several passive railway lines, one of which is the Pidada-Pelabuhan Panjang line. One of the impacts of the high level of road damage in Lampung is that transport is brought to Panjang Harbor via land transport (trucks and containers), so that the presence of rail transport can reduce road damage and environmental pollution. The aim of this research is, among other things, to find out, study and calculate the level of investment feasibility based on techno-economic parameters in the development of railway lines in the planned TUKS area at Panjang Harbor. This research is quantitative research using technical drawing data, RAB, Work Unit Price Analysis, and train fares obtained from PT. Indonesian Railways Lampung Province. Techno-economic analysis in the form of financial and economic feasibility is reviewed using the parameters NPV, IRR, BCR, and PP. Rice husk ash, which is one of the wastes derived from burning rice stalks and leaves, can be used to increase the bearing capacity of the soil. This research analyzed the effect of adding rice husk ash as a mixture in soil stabilization at 0%, 8%, 12% and 16%. Based on laboratory testing using soil samples from Jalan Merdeka RT 14 Bawah Alai Balai Agung Village, Sekayu District, South Sumatra. The highest shear angle was obtained when the addition of 8% rice husk ash amounted to 9.373 kPa. When adding 12% and 16% rice husk ash, the shear angle of the soil decreased to 4.651 kPa and 4.288 kPa, respectively. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan penilaian terhadap enam faktor utama, yaitu prasarana fisik, produktivitas tanaman, sarana penunjang, organisasi personalia, dokumentasi, dan sistem partisipasi masyarakat (IP3A/GP3A/P3A), yang masing-masing diberikan bobot untuk menghitung kontribusinya terhadap kinerja sistem irigasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja sistem irigasi Way Kandis mencapai 55,41% dari bobot maksimum yang diharapkan, dengan kontribusi terbesar berasal dari prasarana fisik (25,17%). Meskipun produktivitas tanaman (9,68%) dan partisipasi masyarakat (7,29%) menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik, sarana penunjang (1,39%) dan organisasi personalia (9,15%) masih memerlukan perhatian lebih. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemeliharaan infrastruktur irigasi yang lebih baik, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, penguatan sarana penunjang, serta peningkatan dokumentasi dan partisipasi masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah survei lapangan, pengumpulan data tanah serta topografi, dan melakukan pemodelan lereng sebelum dilakukan analisis stabilitas. <em>Software </em>HYRCAN menjadi alat bantu dalam menghitung nilai stabilitas lereng dengan metode <em>Morgenstern-Price</em>. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa hujan menjadi faktor pemicu utama terjadinya longsor pada area badan jalan tersebut. Selain itu jenis tanah yang didominasi oleh lempung serta kondisi kemiringan lereng yang curam menjadi faktor lainnya. Hasil analisis stabilitas menunjukkan nilai faktor aman pada kondisi eksisting sebesar 1,288 pada kondisi statis dan 1,013 pada kondisi dinamis. Improving road quality can be done by improving the quality of the pavement layer used in flexible pavement work. One type is the AC-WC layer. So a study was conducted to increase the durability value by using natural rubber asphalt by adding zeolite as an additive to increase the durability value. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the durability value of the natural rubber asphalt mixture with the addition of zeolite to the AC-WC road pavement layer as an additive in the mixing. Where the variation of zeolite content used starts from 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2% and 2.5% with a soaking temperature of 60 ° C with a soaking time of 24 hours. The results obtained in this study the best durability value was obtained at 1% zeolite content of 91%, 1.5% zeolite content of 92%, 2% zeolite content of 94% and 2.5% zeolite content of 95%. So that it meets the 2018 Bina Marga Specifications Revision II of 2020. While at 0% and 0.5% zeolite content there was a decrease of 86% at 0% zeolite content and 87% at 0.5% zeolite content.
